What the heck is a MINT Polo In The Park?

It’s a super classy sporting event. You drink fancy beers. And say “Good Job ‘ol chap” a lot.

Yes, I know it took me forever to post these, but hear me out. I misplaced the memory card that these photos were on. Actually, misplaced is a strong word. I knew where it was, I was just not bothered to get it. Now, I am bothered. So bothered, in fact, that I have even decided to make a post containing the photos (I bet you have read some of it already).

Ok. So here are the photos. Again, they are unedited. If I have to edit photos before I post them, I will never get anything done. So don’t complain. Or complain, your choice.

The MINT Polo in the Park was really fun. I had never been to watch Polo before. I was wondering how the horses were going to do at the whole SWIMMING thing, but that was a non-issue as it was played on dry land (It’s a Waterpolo joke).

It was very posh though. I guess that’s what happens when it is the official sport of the royals. I am not saying that polo is a sport mainly done by the upper classes, but the crowd does did not do a Mexican wave it did a royal wave. (Pause for groan).

Oh, and if anyone cares about the actual Polo. London won a fiercly fought battle in the Final against Camino Real Team Buenos Aires.
